As Customs House Agents, our primary goal is to facilitate the movement of goods in and out of the country.
We do this by preparing customs documentation and ensuring that our clients' shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods.
We also determine and ascertain duties and taxes payable and process payments on behalf of client. In addition, we sign documents under a power of attorney when the need arises.
Furthermore we represent our clients in stakeholder meetings with customs officials and apply for duty refunds and tariff reclassifications.
Once the afformentioned is successful, we then coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods.
